Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at FIORELLO MOTORSPORTS, LLC. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or you will be notified separately if circumstances necessitate.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control).
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
A tracking number will be provided as soon as they are available. You will be notified so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
FIORELLO MOTORSPORTS, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.
Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture of the damaged item as well as the box / packing material and email to us at al@fiorellomotorsports.com & melissa@fiorellomotorsports.com right away. We will review the photos and contact you with next steps. Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
